At Ashoka Sarees, every saree is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure the finest shopping experience for our customers.

As we deal in premium and high-value ethnic wear products, we maintain a strict No Return Policy.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns on any products once delivered.

  • Since our sarees are premium and high-value products, all sales are considered final.

However, in case:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive a wrong product

  • The package is tampered with during delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video

  • Product images clearly showing the issue

After verification, our team will assist you with an appropriate resolution.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable in cases where:

    • Wrong product is delivered

    • Product is damaged during transit

    • Manufacturing defect is found

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags intact

Ashoka Sarees reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product appears used or damaged after delivery.


Non-Eligible Products for Return or Exchange

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or altered sarees

  • Sarees with fall and edging completed

  • Products purchased during sale or special offers

  • Products damaged after use

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Requests raised after the allowed timeline


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The ordered product is unavailable

    • The order is cancelled within the allowed cancellation window

    • Exchange is not possible for verified damaged/wrong products

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • COD charges and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

before placing an order.

Minor color variations may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, and photography.
